The site contains questions about sex, substances, and illegal conduct. It is intended only for people age 18 and older. Do not use the site if you are under 18.
Entertainment, not assessment
The score counts checked items in a self-reported checklist. It is not medical, psychological, legal, educational, or relationship advice. It does not measure character, health, safety, consent, or future behavior.
Acceptable use
You may use the test for personal entertainment and share your own result. Do not interfere with the site, probe it for unauthorized access, automate abusive traffic, impersonate the project, or use another person's result to harass, threaten, expose, or discriminate against them.
Our original work
The site's branding, interface, illustrations, result cards, result labels, and original writing belong to the project or its licensors. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. These terms do not give you permission to copy the site or present it as your own service.
No university affiliation
RicePurityTest.party is independent and unofficial. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Rice University.
Service availability
We may change, suspend, or remove features and content. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every browser. Use it at your own discretion.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the site is provided as is and without warranties. The project is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on a score, social sharing, third-party services, interruptions, or unauthorized use. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
